Hey everyone!

Yes it’s true, Chivalric Warfare is going to the future! This allows us to add tons of new features, now we will have laser beam weapons, lightsabers and even spaceships. It’s all in there! Another big change is the worldmap, you will now be able to travel from planet to planet and then walk around on area based maps. There are also tons of new factions like the Inquisition and Brotherhood of Vengeance or the Federation! Races like the orcs and elves will still remain in game, but we also feature many more races now… including some kybernetic organism similiar to the cyborgs known of the popular movie “Terminator”. We have worked hard to get all this into the game. We now have have 5 factions, 12 races, 100 planets and over 1000 items that can be combined, that allows us to create thousands of different weapons.

Some of you may think this is a step backwards, but it is not! Medieval themed games are the past, we wanted to go with the time, so we decided to go sci-fi. It really gives us so many more possibilites. I bet you will like this guys.

There is also one bad thing that we will have to tell you, the real-time system had to be cutted out of Chivalric Warfare, because it was just too heavy for our server, it was a performance killer. It was only capable of a few people playing at the same time and this really isnt what a browsergame is all about. Another thing is that we now have different worlds, each on a single server, to keep the  server-load low on every single server.

You will also be able to purchase a new resource called “Bacta”, which will be a premium resource. With this you can purchase exclusive premium items, build more powerful items, boost your stats and / or buy some in game credits with it. This will provide us with some financial boost, which is really needed for further development, but it will also give players a chance, that have less time to play.

Another new game addition is the npc faction, this faction will try to get the whole map for themselve, the goal of the players is, to destroy this really really powerful faction. After this faction is destroyed, the game will restart. But it will take a lot of time to do it. However they won’t attack the players that are noobies or if the game just has started, they gather resources, build up bases and try to take over the whole galaxy. Keep them away from earth guys!
